As part of efforts to organize administrative and financial operations and achieve the highest levels of transparency, a public auction was held at the Polytechnic College / Babylon to lease a number of the college’s facilities and services, in the presence of the relevant Sales and Leasing Committee.
The public bidding took place in accordance with flexible regulatory and legal procedures and in compliance with the amended Law No. (21) of 2013 on the Sale and Lease of State Assets and relevant applicable regulations, in the presence of all bidders competing in the auction.
The supervising committee confirmed that the process was conducted with complete transparency and clarity, in a manner that safeguards the institution’s rights and the services provided to its staff and students, noting that the college is committed to applying ministerial directives and governing laws in the management of all its administrative and financial affairs.
