As part of ongoing efforts to develop the academic environment and enhance students’ legal and educational awareness, the Department of Legal Management Techniques at the Polytechnic College, Babylon, organised an awareness-raising workshop entitled:
(University Conduct and the Student Discipline Code: A Legal and Educational Analysis).
The workshop focused on the legal frameworks and regulations in force concerning student discipline on campus and clarified the rights and duties that ensure the smooth and stable running of the educational process.
The workshop also featured a discussion of the educational and ethical principles that promote proper university conduct and contribute to the development of students’ academic and organisational character, thereby serving both society and the educational institution.
