Brief about the Electronic Citizens Affairs Unit
The Citizens Affairs Unit is a department under the Office of the Dean and serves as the main channel for receiving requests and complaints from citizens. It is dedicated to safeguarding the interests of citizens and strives to utilize scientific and technical mechanisms to establish an operation that fosters trust and strengthens the close relationship between citizens and the Dean’s office of the institute within a framework of objectivity, transparency, and mutual respect.
This unit was established in 2017 and its role includes submitting all complaints and grievances from students, staff, or citizens to the Dean and either resolving them or forwarding them to the university’s Citizens Affairs Department. The unit is responsible for following up on these requests with the relevant officials in the university and has a specific form for scheduling meetings with the Dean or the University President.
