It has contributed effectively to its successful advancement through<br \/>a diverse group of professors. It comprises a group of highly qualified faculty<br \/>members with in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the subject<br \/>matter, qualifying them to provide distinguished legal education in various<br \/>legal specialties. In addition, their presence is a source of sincere support to<br \/>our students on both journeys, fulfilling their educational mission and<br \/>academic pursuits. This exemption is granted for this purpose, based on the<br \/>belief that faculty members in this department are not merely interpreters of<br \/>legislation, but rather creators of its provisions. They frequently provide sound<br \/>judgment to those in need. The department comprehensively equips students<br \/>with comprehensive legal knowledge, enabling them to achieve their legal<br \/>goals and meet the demands of the labor market.<\/p>\n<p>The department also pays special attention to serious academic research that<br \/>meets societal needs and contributes to innovation. It also engages actively<br \/>with societal issues, contributing to the institute&#8217;s position as an academic<br \/>institution dedicated to communicating and disseminating legal knowledge.<br \/>This ultimately leads to a campus subscription system that empowers the<br \/>institute as an academic institution capable of competing with other<br \/>institutions. The department also strives to provide the labor market and<\/p>\n<p>society with specialized and distinguished human resources in the field of law,<br \/>capable of directly engaging in various fields of advancement and specialized<br \/>scientific studies. This contributes to preparing a generation capable of<br \/>contributing to artificial intelligence. This is achieved through a plan aligned<br \/>with the first law programs in the country. The department focuses on<br \/>achieving the creative outcomes of its outputs through advanced<br \/>development of professional skills and expertise, and through collaboration<br \/>through smart partnerships with the public sector, with many students.<\/p>\n<p>Society is built on the foundation of law, which monitors its members and<br \/>eliminates conflicts between their various interests. Therefore, it is<br \/>inconceivable that a society exists without knowledge. The department seeks<br \/>to occupy a distinct position among the treaty departments in other<br \/>institutions by providing a venue for teaching scientific knowledge to society.<br \/>The mission of the Law Department is embodied in disseminating the<br \/>principles of human rights and human rights, in light of the constant progress<br \/>in public freedoms in society and the secular advancement of many people by<br \/>raising awareness, including their rights, and allowing them to conduct legal<br \/>research to formulate laws, including what they contribute to the problems<br \/>facing society. The department seeks to achieve its most important goals, in<br \/>line with the vision and mission of the university, through a scientific<br \/>environment conducive to creativity. This is achieved by relying on advanced<br \/>academic technologies, including the graduation of qualified and trained<br \/>personnel in the practice of labor rights and modern legal knowledge. It also<br \/>contributes effectively to the dissemination and development of legal<br \/>knowledge through lectures and seminars for specialists in the field of law,<br \/>both government and non-governmental, according to legal consultation and<br \/>specialization, such as explaining laws and court rulings on inventions and<br \/>legal information on trucks, including justice and truth. This requires interaction with<br \/>all technical developments that lead to the creation of a new graduate who differs<br \/>from the graduates who preceded him due to the rapid changes in the movement<br \/>of society in the dark. Its<br \/>general form is based on the framework of technical education in Iraq, to graduate<br \/>distinguished national cadres. As for the special mission adopted by the<br \/>department, it includes the following:<br \/>1.Developing students\u2019 skills in their specialization by preparing curricula that meet<br \/>contemporary developments, as well as preparing teaching and technical cadres by<br \/>involving them in courses to develop their skills in their specialization and teaching<br \/>methods.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Activating the role of the legal clinic formed in our department, by feeding it with<br \/>academic staff with specializations in law, which provides legal advice to employees<br \/>and students. Our university can also benefit from the legal clinic in giving legal<br \/>advice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/li>\n<li start=\"2\">\n<li>Forming a committee of specialists to change the curriculum in a way that suits<br \/>the requirements of the modern era and the development taking place in the<br \/>world, as the majority of the subjects taught are purely classical and legal subjects<br \/>in which the theoretical side dominates the practical \/>and others, as there must be a legal department for every legal person, and the<br \/>department provides this
