The general objectives focus on graduating national technical cadres at<br \/>the level of technical development to keep pace with rapid global technical<br \/>developments. Spinning Branch<\/strong><br \/>Branch Objective:- Preparing technical staff to work in the fields of spinning and<br \/>weaving in the production and textile design departments and maintenance<br
