prophets and messengers, Muhammad, and his pure and chaste family.The Department of Legal Administrative Techniques has been and continues
to be one of the fundamental pillars of the Babylon Technical Institute since its
inception. It has contributed effectively to its successful advancement through
a diverse group of professors. It comprises a group of highly qualified faculty
members with in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the subject
matter, qualifying them to provide distinguished legal education in various
legal specialties. In addition, their presence is a source of sincere support to
our students on both journeys, fulfilling their educational mission and
academic pursuits. This exemption is granted for this purpose, based on the
belief that faculty members in this department are not merely interpreters of
legislation, but rather creators of its provisions. They frequently provide sound
judgment to those in need. The department comprehensively equips students
with comprehensive legal knowledge, enabling them to achieve their legal
goals and meet the demands of the labor market.The department also pays special attention to serious academic research that
meets societal needs and contributes to innovation. It also engages actively
with societal issues, contributing to the institute’s position as an academic
institution dedicated to communicating and disseminating legal knowledge.

institute as an academic institution capable of competing with other
institutions. The department also strives to provide the labor market andsociety with specialized and distinguished human resources in the field of law,
capable of directly engaging in various fields of advancement and specialized
scientific studies. This contributes to preparing a generation capable of
contributing to artificial intelligence. This is achieved through a plan aligned
with the first law programs in the country. The department focuses on
achieving the creative outcomes of its outputs through advanced
development of professional skills and expertise, and through collaboration
through smart partnerships with the public sector, with many students.Society is built on the foundation of law, which monitors its members and
eliminates conflicts between their various interests. Therefore, it is
inconceivable that a society exists without knowledge. The department seeks
to occupy a distinct position among the treaty departments in other
institutions by providing a venue for teaching scientific knowledge to society.
The mission of the Law Department is embodied in disseminating the
principles of human rights and human rights, in light of the constant progress
in public freedoms in society and the secular advancement of many people by
raising awareness, including their rights, and allowing them to conduct legal
research to formulate laws, including what they contribute to the problems
facing society. The department seeks to achieve its most important goals, in
line with the vision and mission of the university, through a scientific
environment conducive to creativity. This is achieved by relying on advanced
academic technologies, including the graduation of qualified and trained
personnel in the practice of labor rights and modern legal knowledge. It also
contributes effectively to the dissemination and development of legal
knowledge through lectures and seminars for specialists in the field of law,
both government and non-governmental, according to legal consultation and
specialization, such as explaining laws and court rulings on inventions and
legal information on trucks, including justice and truth. And Allah is the

It is one of the main administrative departments. It derives its vision through the
foundation and legal thought with which it tries to imbue the thought of its
graduates, which are based on awareness of the law. This requires interaction with
all technical developments that lead to the creation of a new graduate who differs
from the graduates who preceded him due to the rapid changes in the movement

- The Legal Management Techniques Department adopts a general mission that it
seeks to achieve every academic year to highlight the department’s excellence. Its
general form is based on the framework of technical education in Iraq, to graduate
distinguished national cadres. As for the special mission adopted by the

contemporary developments, as well as preparing teaching and technical cadres by
involving them in courses to develop their skills in their specialization and teaching

academic staff with specializations in law, which provides legal advice to employees
